1st day
Mondovì, visit the innovative Museo Civico della Stampa (Civic Printing Museum) that offers an highly technological exhibition path. Ascent to the upper part of the city with the historic 1886 funicular. Stay a night in Palazzo Fauzone, an ancient estate located in the centre of Mondovì that has now been transformed into an incredible hotel.
2nd day
Breakfast at Palazzo Fauzone, then on to the Langhe. Barolo with a tour of the Barolo Castle that houses the Museo del Vino (Wine Museum). Grinzane Cavour Castle, with a walk along the hill. Stop at the La Morra lookout to admire the surrounding region. Tour of the historic wine cellars of Fontanafredda in Serralunga d’Alba with a tasting and overnight stay in the estate that frames the first Storytelling Village in Italy.
3rd day
Cocconato d’Asti, tour and lunch at the Tenuta Pavesio 1843, an organically run vineyard that respects the biodiversity of the area with an incredible view over the surrounding hills. Chieri, walk in the city centre and stop at the Accademia di Caffè Vergnano to discover everything about coffee.
