Any personal data voluntarily provided to DMO Piemonte S.c.r.l. will be collected and used to contact you if you so request, by sending an email, in order to respond to the requests made.

  • Data provided voluntarily by you

The optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of email to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, required to respond to requests, along with any other personal data included in the communication. The data will be processed mainly using electronic and IT tools and stored on IT media and on paper, as well as on any other type of suitable medium, which may only be accessed by instructed personnel.

  • Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures that operate the website acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but that, by its very nature, may - through processing and association with data held by third parties - allow for you to be identified. Those persons, who have been instructed in that sense by the Controller in accordance with Art. 29 of the Regulation, will process the data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy and in respect of the provisions of applicable legislation.

Third parties which process the personal data on behalf of the Controller in the capacity of "External Processors" may also come to know of your data, such as: providers of IT services, professionals and consultants.

Processing methods and data storage times

The Controller will process the personal data of data subjects using manual and IT tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes and in any case so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The personal data will be stored for the periods strictly necessary to carry out the institutional purposes and to respond to contact requests by you. They will be deleted upon request; otherwise, the data will be destroyed within 5 years from receipt.

Rights of the data subject

Any person who provides personal data to DMO Piemonte S.c.r.l. may exercise the rights envisaged by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR EU 2016/679, which grants to the data subject the right of access to data relating to him/her, as well as some complementary rights including the right to rectification, update and supplementation of the data, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority is also provided (Art. 77)
